- AgentConfig: YAML/dict config model with validation
- ConfigDrivenAgent: 3 task modes (llm_generate, tool_call, custom)
- StandaloneRunner: auto-discover YAML configs and build agents
- 25 new tests covering all modes and edge cases
- Total: 56 tests passing
