feat: 全面重构官网UI - OKLCH色彩系统 + 非对称布局

- 采用OKLCH色彩空间替换传统hex颜色
- 集成shadcn/ui设计令牌体系
- 应用Space Grotesk展示字体 + Inter正文
- 实现非对称斜线流布局（卡片错位、渐变边框）
- 替换emoji为Lucide SVG图标
- 添加精确动效参数（scale 1→1.03, damping 20）
- 完善prefers-reduced-motion无障碍支持
- 增大圆角至24px提升现代感
- 添加毛玻璃和渐变边框视觉效果
